We ship from any of our warehouses from Australia, Asia, USA, and Europe. This will depend on which location has the highest stock levels.

 All custom paint by numbers are shipped from our Asian Warehouse.

Receiving time = Processing time(2-5 days) +Shipping time(10-13 days) from the day that you ordered. Please note that Covid-19 May impact delivery by 1-2 weeks
